Introduction
The relevance of the research is due to the fact that protest plays an important role in an authoritarian state The space of political protest is unified in all the diversity of its constituent forces and the variety of forms of manifestation. The political vector of social development direction is seen only through the interaction of this diversity, a specific ratio of the acting and counteracting factors.
One of the most important conditions allowing to foresee the consequences of political transformations, to assess the probability of stabilization of political development, is the attitude of citizens to the political regime. The presence of a democratic culture in society, which assumes that support for the political regime depends on the effectiveness of state government actions, largely guarantees society against the abuse of power. The ability of the civil population to protest politically, the presence of appropriate legitimate procedures and democratic institutions can serve as a criterion of the maturity of civil society and the degree of probable stability of social development.
